Colorado Woman In Hot Water After Tweeting About A Trump Assassination

Tracy Pickerill of Denver caused a stir on Twitter after posting what she now calls, "a joke."

9 News Denver caught up with Tracy about the incident, and she told reporter Kyle Clark:

I honestly meant it to be a joke. I know it may not be funny to a lot of people but to me, I'm just sitting here watching this and I'm like, you got to be kidding me. This person is our president.

Since the "Internet-age", assassination comments toward presidents online are nothing new, Barack Obama faced several every one of his eight years in office.
