It was revealed last month that the supergroup Chickenfoot would be releasing the compilation album Best + Live on March 10. In addition to live tracks and their biggest hits, it also includes a brand new song, their first in five years. You can listen to that track, "Divine Termination," below.

It has that vintage Chickenfoot sound -- a bluesy stomp with a catchy chorus. Vocalist Sammy Hagar is in fine form, with legendary axeman Joe Satriani providing some tasty licks. The rhythm section of former Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith keep the groove moving.

In other Sammy Hagar news, it appears there will be more of the show Rock & Roll Road Trip. The first season aired on AXS TV last year, and featured the Red Rocker driving across the country to interview and play with artists such as Alice Cooper and Tommy Lee.

As for the show's future, Hagar recently posted this on his blog: "Rock & Roll Road Trip Season 2 is coming soon and I was just in Vegas shooting another episode and wow this episode is going to be killer. I visited with Tommy Shaw & J.Y. of Styx, Don Felder and Carrot Top. Shots were flowing, guitar shredding was unleashed, and cruising the strip in a '62 caddy went down in style!"
