Casper Woman Arrested for DUI After Passing Out in Burger King Drive-Thru
Casper police officers arrested a woman Wednesday after she allegedly passed out behind the wheel of a pickup truck while she was in the drive-through lane of fast-food restaurant.
Christina Priscilla Weber, born in 1978, was booked into jail on recommended misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence as a second offense and having an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, someone called police officers to the Burger King on SE Wyoming Boulevard shortly after 12:30 p.m. Weber was allegedly intoxicated inside a black pickup truck and, though she was eating a taco inside the truck, appeared to be "passing out."
The person who called police dialed again a short time later and informed them that Weber had passed out in the drive-through lane and was blocking traffic.
Police found Weber unconscious with the pickup running and in drive. She smelled strongly of alcohol, and an officer found a completely empty pint of Fleischmann's vodka inside the truck.
When officers woke her, Weber reportedly had no idea where she was. She refused to provide a breath sample.
