Casper Schools Could Be Safer, Could Be Worse – Casper Votes

After asking this question yesterday, I was surprised by the results. I've always felt the schools around here weren't too shabby when it comes to protecting our kids. The poll results agree with me - 50% said the schools are excellent, 50% said they could use a little work, but in general aren't too bad.

The facebook results, on the other hand, tell a different story...

Overall, I think that the majority of voters have never spent time around an inner city school. Even with all of the stepped up security most of these institutions have in place, you'd be surprised at what happens when the teachers and security guards aren't around. While the results of yesterday's poll may seem to be mixed, I still think we have it pretty good here in Casper. Agree? Disagree? Tell us why in the comment section...
