Police say a Casper man dragged a woman into a Wendy's bathroom, hit her and stole her money Tuesday.

Jeromy Page, 28, was arrested on recommended charges of robbery, domestic battery, strangulation of a household member and aggravated assault.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, police were called to a Wendy's restaurant on East Second Street after a witness called and reported that a man dragged a woman into the bathroom and hit her.

Police found a woman at a different location sitting in a truck holding her face and crying. The woman was covered in blood and bleeding profusely, according to the affidavit.

The woman was taken by ambulance to Wyoming Medical Center.

A police officer went into the bathroom where the alleged incident occurred and found a massive amount of blood covering the floor, sink and walls.

The woman told police that she and Page were in a relationship for two months and that they lived in a Casper hotel. When the woman asked Page to purchase her a birthday cake, he lost his temper and stated he shouldn't have to do anything for her, the affidavit alleges.

According to the affidavit, the woman left the room because she knew Page could get very violent. She walked to Wendy's and Page followed her and tried to take her phone. The woman tried calling her mother but Page took her phone.

The affidavit alleges the woman went to the women's bathroom in Wendy's and Page followed her and demanded she give him her money. Once inside the restroom, Page allegedly locked the door.

While they were in the bathroom, the affidavit alleges, Page continued demanding money from the woman before he punched her three times in the nose. She told police she tried to stay still so Page would think he knocked her out.

Page then allegedly went through her pockets and took the woman's ID, credit card and roughly $112.

The woman had a black eye from an earlier incident involving Page. She told police she got it on Sunday after she and Page got into an argument. While on the phone with a friend, the woman laughed, which enraged Page. Page had hit her roughly 12 times which left her with a black eye, several bruises, and a loose tooth, court documents state.

Page then allegedly started choking her. He is expected to appear in Natrona County Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon.
