Casper Folks Prefer Shopping Online

A couple weeks ago, I asked where Casper people prefer to shop (click here for the poll). 50% of those who took the poll said they prefer to do their shopping on the world wide web, considering that online is easier, and you get better deals.

While I understand the ease and money saving approach, I also am a big fan of supporting local business. But, it's hard to argue with the results. Just because we can buy the same thing in town, doesn't mean we should pay twice as much as it's worth. Maybe, eventually we'll see local shops go strictly online, where they can cut costs on employees and rent, which in turn cuts the product costs by a big margin. Until that day, local stores have a huge uphill battle...
