The Restaurant has a workforce of approximately 25 employees and the management recognizes the dedication of their staff and will work to place them at positions within our community.

Over the next few days as the Wonder Bar transitions to its close, they will continue to maintain integrity and quality customer service.

The Wonder Bar, a staple of downtown Casper since the 1930s, is set to close its doors for good.

The last day of business for the establishment will be Sunday, according to a staff member who spoke to K2 Radio News on the condition of anonymity. A statement from ownership is said to be forthcoming.

Owned by Casper native Cole Cercy, son of Tony Cercy, the bar moved to its current location in 1938 after originally opening at 114 West Second Street.
