The 12th Annual Hunter Lewis Fittje Memorial Fishing Derby is for kids ages 0-9 and happens at Yessness Park Pond on July 14th from 9am 'til 11 am.

On July 7th, Taylor's Sports Bar in Evansville will host a fund raiser poker tournament and cook-out to benefit KiaLee Wilson's family with medical expenses.

Morad Park will be filled with dog lovers on Saturday, June 16th for the " Paws for a Cause" 5k dog walk that benefits the Casper Humane Society & the Spay and Neuter Foundation.

Justin Howard, AKA "Nordic Thunder" is headed to  Finland in search of the most awesome air guitarist in Finland. Nordic flies out on Saturday, spending two weeks visiting six different cities in his quest to find the man or woman who will compete in the 17th annual Air Guitar World Championship in Oulu, Finland, in August.

The Eastridge Mall will be alive with kids and their families for Spring Kids Fest on Saturday, April 7th, from 11 am until 3 pm. The afternoon will be filled with many fun activities including: face painting, make-and-take crafts, music and of course, a visit from the Easter Bunny from 12 noon thru 2 pm.

The CNFR brings an electricity to the Casper Events Center every year when the best cowboys and cowgirls from around the nation (eleven different regions) come to compete in the "Rose Bowl" of college rodeo.
