If you’re bent on checking out this year’s Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival but short on cash, the fine folks behind Uproar are making it easy on you. The festival is offering a limited number of $15 “Early Bird” lawn tickets for the third annual tour, which kicks off Aug. 17 in Kansas City, Mo., and runs through Sept. 30 in Albuquerque, N.M.
