Free Candy X-Rays for Halloween

Join Mountain View Regional Hospital on October 31st and November 1st for their Un-BOO-lievable Fall Festival. On Halloween night, children and their parents can come out to the hospital and we will provide free candy x-rays from 6 – 9 p.m. This is a fun way to see how x-ray technology works. However, we want to ensure that parents understand that permitting their children to eat the candy is at their discretion regardless of what the x-rays reveal, and Mountain View Regional Hospital and staff are not guaranteeing safety in eating any of the candy they x-ray. We welcome the community to come back out and join us and the Wyoming Highway Patrol on November 1st from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. and take a ride on the Seat Belt Convincer, a ride that simulates a low impact 5-10 mph vehicle collision to stress the importance of wearing a seat belt.
