4th Annual Downtown Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival Set For July 5th!

The Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo has teamed up with Pepsi, Kiwanis, Casper Elks and the McMurry Foundation to bring back the 4th Annual Downtown Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival.This event kicks off with a Pancake breakfast provide by the Casper Elks Club and the Kiwanis Club of Casper.  Registration for the Sidewalk Chalk art begins at 8am and will run through 10am.  The event takes place on 2nd Street between Center and David Streets.  Artists will  be assigned their Sidewalk Space by the Central Wyoming Fair Committee.

Art supplies will be provided to all participants.  However, participants are permitted to bring their own chalk at their own expense.  Artists are encouraged to use knee and elbow pads.

Adult supervision is required for all participants under the age of 18.

Artwork must be appropriate for people of all ages.  The Central Wyoming Fair & PRCA Rodeo Board has the right to remove artwork should a piece be deemed offensive or inappropriate.
