2013 Fireworks Festival Goers Take Shelter During Sudden Down Pour [PHOTOS]
The clouds opened up on the 2013 Fireworks Festival and tried to soak the festival goers. The music played on and those who decided to tough it rocked out to the sounds of Aquile. Others who decided being wet wasn't for them, including myself, took shelter where ever they could find it.
