Wyoming Oilfield Truck, Private Tour Bus Collide; Minor Injuries Reported
No deaths were reported Tuesday after an oilfield truck and a private tour bus carrying over a dozen passengers collided on a highway south of Boulder.
The Sublette County Sheriff's Office says first responders were activated when someone called 911 at about 5:30 p.m. to report the crash at mile marker 77 on Highway 191 near Sand Draw.
The bus was carrying 15 people from outside the country. Some of the passengers suffered bumps and bruises, and the driver of the oilfield truck also had minor injuries.
Three bus passengers were taken to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County as a precaution, the Sheriff's Office says.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol has taken over the crash investigation. No further details have been released.
