It doesn't feel like I'm looking at my phone that often, but in a quick study at work this morning, I picked my phone up and felt obligated to check Facebook, Twitter, and my e-mail FIVE TIMES in an hour!

Our cell phones have become such a convenient and normal part of our lives, that maybe we don't realize just how addicted we are to them. When was the last time you left home without your cell phone... intentionally.
