It often feels like winter never ends in Wyoming, and this picture reinforces that belief. This photo was taken on the morning of May 14th on Highway 14A in the Bighorn Mountains. The hard-working folks at WYDOT are feverishly working on clearing the roads in time for the Memorial Day Holiday. Right now they are scheduled with an opening date of May 28th, according to WYDOT. That is just in time to bring in one of Wyoming's biggest cash crop, tourists.
