Ted, the not so good bear is baaaaack this summer.

Going to the theater is still the best way to experience a new movie you're psyched about, but there's always been one huge drawback: sitting through the movie trailers.

Way back in 1999, ‘Star Wars: Episode I -The Phanton Menace’ reignited the ‘Star Wars’ franchise. Now, with a new trailer for the 3D version hitting the Web, ‘Wars’ mania is back in full swing. Ready to party with some Jedi like it’s 1999?

“She’s different, in every way” — those are the words used in the second trailer for ‘The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo’ (which is arguably less frenetic than the first) to describe Rooney Mara’s mohawk-sporting titular character.

Who says you can’t go home? Not Stifler, his mom, Jim, Finch, Oz, Jim’s dad and the rest of the ‘American Pie’ crew, who are back for ‘American Reunion,’ supposedly the final film in the ‘Pie’ franchise after three theatrical releases and four direct-to-DVD spinoffs. The film’s first teaser trailer dropped today and it doesn’t reveal much — just a collection of photobooth shots of the gang reunit

Oh the Horror! As much as I don’t want to admit it, our summer is coming to a close. And while that invokes shudders and groans from all of us, there is a small ray of proverbial sunshine.
