Kittie have released their first new song in 13 years titled "Eyes Wide Open," and have also announced their signing to Sumerian Records.

That's at least half a decade.

It was their third performance in the last decade.

Kittie, who burst onto the mainstream metal scene in 1999 with their debut 'Spit,' after forming in Canada in 1996, are celebrating their past with a 20th anniversary documentary project.

Fans all over the world can take in Kittie‘s show at The Rave in Milwaukee, Wis. tomorrow (April 17.) The show will be streamed live at 9 PM ET/8 PM CT. Additionally, the webcast will be absolutely free. So regardless of whether or not you’ve got an open schedule on Tuesday night, clear the decks and make room for some Kittie and their brand of metal.

Kittie have just announced the return of bassist Trish Doan to replace Ivy Vujic, who is set to part ways with the band.
