A $50,000 cash bond was set Tuesday for a Cheyenne man accused of backing over a woman with his car after pulling a gun on her and hitting another woman and her truck with an ice scraper.

Elijiah Dobbins has been charged with six felonies and four misdemeanors. He is being held on a $100,000 cash or surety bond.

He is facing similar drug-related charges in two other cases, and was out on bond.

Judge Kerri Johnson denied a request to lower Matthew Williams' bond from $15,000.
