TORRENTIAL RAINFALL COULD ALSO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING... WITH DEBRIS FLOWS POSSIBLE IN STEEPLY SLOPED AREAS. THUNDERSTORMS COULD LINGER PAST MIDNIGHT ESPECIALLY OVER THE BIGHORN MOUNTAINS AND NORTHERN JOHNSON COUNTY. STAY ABREAST ON THE LATEST CONDITIONS...
