With the celebration of our nation's 235th birthday coming up on Monday (if you count from the Declaration of Independence in 1776), us folks in Casper always assume that anywhere else is better to be. South Dakota, Colorado, Alcova...all great destinations, but they come with a great cost. Literally. The cost of summertime gas prices can take away from a good trip when you're putting all of your vacation fund into your tank. The biggest show in the sky is back – Monday, July 4 on the grounds of the Casper Events Center. Fireworks Festival 2011 will feature the biggest party in Wyoming to celebrate America – with the legendary New Orleans party that is the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, plus local favorites IndiSoul, Rock & Roll Suzie, and Cory & The Crew. Great food, a beer garden, vendors, fun for the whole family – and of course, Casper’s biggest Fireworks display at 10pm, with the official soundtrack synchronized right here with us – your official station for Fireworks Festival 2011!
