The Casper Housing Authority, CHA, provides decent, safe, affordable housing for Casper's low-income citizens through programs that are funded and regulated by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development. CHA is committed to increasing opportunities for low and moderate income, families and individuals, by providing safe, affordable housing and facilitating access to social and community services.

The Casper Housing Authority provides a number of programs and events, both to our tenants and the community as a whole.  The Grow It Forward Project, Father’s Day Event, Family Self Sufficiency, and tenant Christmas Party have been initiated as a means to provide our tenants a supportive community through empowerment. 
Stage III Community Theatre selected CHA to receive proceeds of the Benefit performance of Write Me a Murder, by Frederick Knott on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 7:30 PM at 900 N. Center St.
Tickets are $10 for students and seniors, and $12 for adults.  All proceeds will benefit CHA programs and events.
