Savages burst onto the music scene in 2011 with their jagged, post-punk-inspired sound. With one album, last year's 'Silence Yourself,' and a couple of singles under its belt, the London-based band just released a new single that's kinda hard to ignore.

'F---ers' is a raucous tune that evokes the punch and power of vintage Gang of Four and Siouxsie and the Banshees while maintaining its own distinct power throughout. The words essentially boil down to "Don't let the f---ers get you down" repeated on top of a hypnotic groove, all the while as glass-shattering guitars hover above it all.

The video was filmed live at the London Forum late last year and captures the band in top form. The song, and video, clock in at more than 10 minutes.

Savages' new single also includes a cover of Suicide's 'Dream Baby Dream,' which was also recently covered by Bruce Springsteen on his most recent album, 'High Hopes.' Here's a live version of the song Savages played in Glasgow last year:
