The Central Wyoming Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute is proud to host the 26th Annual A.P.I. Chili Cook-Off to be held February 17, 2018 from 11am-2pm at the Casper Events Center. The theme this year is 'Star Wars' and for a $10 ticket  (per person) you'll get to sample over 40 'Out of This World' red and green chili offerings.  Plus you'll get to check out the creativity of each of the contestant teams as they decorate their booth and dress the part with this year's theme in mind. There will also be a calcutta and welcome event on Friday night, Feb. 16th at 5:00 p.m. at the Casper Events Center that is open to all.
