Norah Jones has dabbled in both country and indie music before. She's played with the Little Willies, and last year she worked with Green Day‘s Billie Joe Armstrong on a record of Everly Brothers covers.

Her latest venture is with the new group Puss N Boots, which also includes singer-songwriters Sasha Dobson and Catherine Popper.

They just released their debut album, ‘No Fools, No Fun,’ a mix of originals and covers of songs by Neil YoungWilco and others. And we're helping them celebrate its release with an exclusive performance of the song 'Always,' which you can watch above.

'Always' is one of 'No Fools, No Fun''s five original songs. It was written by Popper, who takes lead vocals on it with some harmony help from the others. The song's shuffling rhythm and throwback "doo doo doo doo doo"s lend it some old-school color.

We're also giving away a Fender Mustang guitar signed by Jones. For your chance to win, follow the instructions in the widget below.

And here's an exclusive interview the group did for our sister site Taste of Country. They talk about how the three of them came together, how they chose their band name and why the music is a perfect fit.
