The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding whoever stole around $2,000 worth of items from a shed in the 2300 block of Bridger Drive.

Sheriff's spokesman Brandon Warner says the theft occurred during the evening hours of September 27.

"The homeowners were in the house, didn't hear anything (and) came out the next morning and noticed their shed was open and tools were missing," said Warner.

"There was a chainsaw missing, a gas-powered leaf blower, a Honda 2000-watt generator, a weed eater and some steel gas cans," added Warner. "One of the gas cans had the name Beth written on it."

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
