Police Seek Man for Public Indecency

Casper Police are looking for a man who exposed himself to elementary school children on Sunday.

It all happened near the Evansville elementary school around 4pm. 3 young girls reported that a man had been hiding near the school and suddenly appeared and exposed himself.

He then chased the girls for a short distance before running away.

He is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet- 7 to 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140-160 pounds, with brown hair.

He has a tattoo on his upper left arm, and was wearing a gray shirt and dark blue pants.

He drove away in a late model, dark sedan with tinted windows.
