Pet Fest 2014 Will Be Celebrated Saturday In Casper

It's time to spotlight the pets in our lives. Pet fest 2014 celebrates the furry, scaly, slimy and slobbering loved ones of the family.

The event is free to all pets, their owners and will include a costume contest, pet talent contest and other surprises.

The Pet Fest will be held at Washington Park in the grassy area southeast of the outdoor pool on Saturday, September 13 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

 

The Central Wyoming Kennel Club will also be at Pet Fest hosting their Responsible Dog Ownership Day which will include “Meet the Breeds” and doggie contests.

At noon, the Wyoming Missing Canines will have a memorial service with balloon release for missing dogs. Anyone who has lost a pet recently may participate.

Pets must be under control and on a leash or in a kennel and must be accompanied by owner at all times.
