A 22-year-old man was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning after another man died of a gunshot wound.

Keith Sack was arrested on a charge of involuntary manslaughter, according to a news release from Riverton Police Chief Eric Murphy.

"We're not looking at anything intentional right now," Lt. Wes Romero told K2 Radio News on Tuesday.

In the statement, Murphy says officers responded to a reported gunshot in the 400 block of East Pine Street at 11:50 p.m. Monday.

After arriving, police found a dead man. Detectives, EMS and crime scene technicians were called in to conduct interviews and process the scene.

As of the Tuesday news release, detectives are still conducting interviews and processing evidence. The identity of the victim has not been disclosed.

The department intends to release more information as the investigation continues.
