Organized by Neil Young, Willie Nelson and John Mellencamp, Farm Aid celebrated 28 years of music and supporting America's farmers this year. As the event's official website says, the non-profit organization is "building a powerful movement for good food from family farms." The 2014 edition of the annual concert featured the likes of Young, Nelson and Mellencamp as well as Dave Matthews and Jack White. While the latter artist may have enjoyed a shorter performance than he's recently been used to, that didn't stop him from putting on a rock-solid set.

White performed seven songs from his White Stripes days, two tracks from his latest solo effort, 'Lazaretto' (including the title-track) and did his best (as usual) to cover the great Hank Williams' 'You Know That I Know.' Get the show's full setlist below.

The iconic rocker has a few dates left in North America -- including his first-ever shows in Mexico as a solo artist -- before he hops the pond for a string of U.K. gigs. Get his remaining tour dates here.

And if you're lucky enough to catch White live on one of his upcoming dates -- or you just want to relive seeing him -- check out some photos and videos from his Farm Aid performance below:
