I’m under the impression that laughter truly is the best medicine. It’s funny how easy it is to get in a good mood just by smiling. A couple times a week, we sit in our cubicles and listen to a full comedy album. Sometimes they're good, sometimes...well, we won't discus that. Whenever we get a really good one, I share it with you, in the hopes that you get as big a laugh as we do. Enjoy!

Tracy Morgan - Black And Blue

Tracy Jamal Morgan is an American actor and comedian known for his eight seasons as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and for his role as Tracy Jordan on the TV series 30 Rock.

Morgan made his screen debut on Martin, where he played Hustle Man. The character sold various items he had from the "hood," always greeting people with his trademark "What's happ'n, chief?" and had a pet dog that he dressed as a rapper. In the 2003 Chris Rock film Head of State, Morgan appeared as a man watching television, often questioning why they are not watching Martin.

Morgan was also a regular cast member on Uptown Comedy Club, a sketch comedy show filmed in Harlem which aired for two seasons between 1992 to 1994. He was on the HBO show Snaps.

He appeared twice on HBO's Def Comedy Jam.
