Helicopter-Motorcycle Will Make You Wish You Had Money

I was thinking today, "Shouldn't we have flying cars by now?" Deciding that there MUST be something out there - it is 2014, after all - I decided to Google "flying cars". There are a few different sites that pop up, but the one that gets me excited is the PAL-V.

This little gift-to-mankind is fast - 112 MPH in the air or on the ground - easy to convert (takes about 10 minutes), flies below 4,000 feet (the airspace available for uncontrolled Visual Flight Rules traffic)...and costs about $300 grand. While I won't be able to afford one anytime soon, I am still pleased by the fact that the technology is here.

Who knows, maybe someday soon, we'll all be bumping bumpers in the sky!
