Well folks, Facebook thugging is now a crime.

A woman in Chesterfield, Va., who was mistaken for someone else on Facebook, has been charged with harassment by computer. She allegedly posted a threatening photo to her hater with the caption "I'll post a few actual pics of me so you know the difference when you 'come find me."

The part that got her in trouble and charged with a misdemeanor, though, is that she was pointing a gun in the photo, Richmond, Va., station WWBT-TV NBC 12 reported.

If convicted, she now faces up to a year in jail and up to $2,500 in fines.

Everyone in this incident just sounds really, really stupid.
