You may never consider yourself lucky to be pulled over by the police.

But in the case of an 84-year-old Kennebunk, Maine, man, it was just that: lucky.

Shortly after being pulled over for speeding and giving the officer his license and registration, he slumped over in his vehicle, stopped breathing and had no pulse. When the officer noticed this, he took the man out of the car and used CPR and a defibrillator to revive him, WMTW 8 News reported.

The man, who was given a warning for his speed, would like to eventually meet the Kennebunk police officer who saved his life during what was definitely not just a routine traffic stop.
