Free Beer & Hot Wings: Florida Judge and Public Defender Leave Courtroom for Fist Fight [Video]

It's not that uncommon for fights to break out in a courtroom. Usually, though, it's not between the judge and the public defender like in this video.

During a trial in a Brevard County, Fla., the judge and the public defender got into a verbal confrontation.

Things got really weird when Judge John Murphy said: "If I had a rock, I would throw it at you right now."

Not surprisingly, that didn't go over too well with the public defender, Blaise Trettis.

The judge then said that if he wanted to fight, "let's go out back and I'll just beat your ass!"

And that's exactly what happened. Once again, it is proven that Florida is the worst.

The judge reportedly plans to seek anger management counseling and is currently on temporary leave. The chief judge of the court issued a statement about the incident.
