NASCAR definitely IS a contact sport.

And that has never been made more apparent than after this weekend's Texas 500 race at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas.

After the race, Jeff Gordon, upset about some contact from Brad Keselowski, pulled up alongside Keselowski to give him a piece of his mind.

By the time Gordon got out of his car, both pit crews were already involved in a little pushing and shoving. Things then escalated pretty quickly when Gordon attempted to confront Keselowski. A guy from Gordon's crew pushed Keselowski from behind and then all hell broke loose.

Well, as much as it can during a NASCAR race. It was lots of pushing, shoving and attempted punching.

Then, in a post-race interview, Gordon was obviously still pissed about the whole incident, calling Keselowski a "dips**t."
