Forget Stupid Criminals, These Cops Deserve A Darwin Award

Detroit has it's fair share of problems. High crime, low income, being a bridge away from Canada...perhaps the biggest problem is it's inept police force.

In this video, originally posted in 2008, a group of bank robbers comes running out of a bank and jump into their getaway car. As they're doing this, the police roll up and block them in.

They're caught red handed, right? Noooooo. The police all jump out of their cars, and race past the criminals into the bank. The thieves sit there - probably stunned by what had just occurred, then proceed to slowly drive away. The police come out, obviously aware that they missed their chance to make an arrest. With police like these, who needs criminals?
