If there was an official king of rock and roll, we might all be bowing to Dave Grohl -- and it's probably a good idea just to go ahead and bow now anyway.

The Foo Fighters (under the name 'The Holy S---s') played their second of three intimate club shows in England last night (Sept. 11) at the House of Vans in London and, as you can see from the videos (above and below), they didn't disappoint. Just as they did the night before at Concorde 2 in Brighton, the Foos performed for just about 500 fans after giving less than a day's notice.

NME reports the band -- in town to headline the closing ceremony of the inaugural Invictus Games this weekend -- played a nearly two-hour set, opening with 'White Limo' and 'Arlandria' from 2011's 'Wasting Light.' They also tore through older favorites like 'My Hero' from 1997's 'The Colour and the Shape' and 'Generator' from 1999's 'There is Nothing Left to Lose,' and even dusted off 'Weenie Beenie' and 'For All the Cows' from their self-titled 1995 debut.

At one point, Grohl -- who provided especially hilarious onstage banter -- said, "As you can see we don't like to take too many breaks between songs -- that's because we've got too many hits."

Check out fan-shot footage of the show below. The Holy S---s are set to play tonight (Sept. 12) at London's Islington Assembly Hall.
