Florida Highway Patrol Pulls Over Miami Police Officer [VIDEO]

From the "I didn't know they could do that!" file, comes a video I never would have dreamed of seeing...A cop pulling over a cop. Sure, the dude was speeding, and me or you would have had the same, if not worse, treatment...but don't these guys have some sort of code of ethics?
