* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS... THE WIND RIVER BASIN IN CENTRAL WYOMING... THE SOUTHERN BIGHORN BASIN... THE BIG HORN MOUNTAINS... NATRONA COUNTY AND JOHNSON COUNTY.

* FROM NOON MDT TODAY THROUGH THIS EVENING

* STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR PRODUCING SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL OF UP TO ONE INCH THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THIS RAIN WILL FALL OVER ALREADY SATURATED SOILS.

* ROCK OR MUD SLIDES WILL BE POSSIBLE IN STEEPLY SLOPED AREAS... ESPECIALLY AROUND MOUNTAIN PASSES AND CANYONS.

* SMALL STREAMS ALREADY RUNNING NEAR BANKFULL FROM SNOWMELT AND PAST RAINFALL COULD EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICANT RISES AND POSSIBLE FLASH FLOODING.
