Memphis will be rocking in May for the annual Beale Street Music Festival. The lineup has been announced for this year's festivities, slated for May 1-3 at Tom Lee Park in downtown Memphis, Tenn. The 25 acre park is at the foot of the historic Beale Street and overlooks the Mississippi River.

The festival features a diverse range of artists across multiple genres. Among the heavier rockers playing this year are Five Finger Death Punch, Rise Against, Slash, Breaking Benjamin, Of Mice and Men, Cage the Elephant, AWOLNATION, Flogging Molly, In This Moment, Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts and more.

Other artists playing the festival include pop star Ed Sheeran, alt-country faves The Avett Brothers, Wilco, and Ryan Adams, radio mainstays Paramore and Lenny Kravitz, alt-rock vets Pixies, The Flaming Lips, Spin Doctors and Soul Asylum, indie stars St. Vincent, Jenny Lewis and Band of Horses, fiddle master Lindsey Stirling and Brit-rock standouts Kaiser Chiefs.

Also on the bill are the legendary George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, the blues rock stars Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band and Robert Randolph & the Family Band, iconic rocker John Fogerty, plus Big Head Todd & the Monsters, Savoy Brown, Tinsley Ellis and many others.
