Dippin’ Dots Fall From Sky Above Casper [VIDEO]

Casper got a little treat Wednesday afternoon courtesy of the sky above.

Ok so the ice cream treat, Dippin' Dots, did not actually fall from the sky.  It is actually called Graupel. Graupel forms when cold droplets of water freeze on falling snowflakes.  I have just always thought that these tiny snowballs looked like Dippin' Dots. Im sure the taste is not the same anyways.
