The Community Health Center of Central Wyoming is planning a fundraising event for five month old Kollins Holbrook, who has been diagnosed with a rare lymphatic condition called Cystic Hygroma. This is caused by an error in the development of lymph sacs and lymph vessels as a baby is developing in the womb, which causes cysts to form. If the cystic hygroma does not resolve by 20 weeks, the chance of a healthy outcome decreases to 2-9%.

Kollins needs medical assistance and his family will be taking him to Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati for possible treatment. The expenses are going to be extensive.

The fundraiser will be held at the Community Health Center, located at 5000 Blackmore Rd, on Friday, April 25th, from 3:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday, April 26th, from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Each participant will be given a ceramic tile from Pottery by You, that will be hung in the Community Health Center as decoration. The theme will be “What Does Love Mean to You?” The cost per tile is $10.00.

Come with a picture in mind and be prepared to paint it! Special thanks to Michele from Pottery by You, who will fire the tiles prior to them being displayed.

For more information, contact either Kae at 307-233-6077 or Tonya at 307-233-6016.

Sign up for a time to paint at the Community Health Center front desk. Everyone is welcome!
