The City of Casper is offering the public the opportunity to buy four city-owned properties, according to a news release from the City Manager's Office on Monday.

Two of them are on the west side and two are in north-central Casper.

The specific terms and conditions and legal descriptions may be viewed in the legal notice section of the city's website. The website also shows the locations of the properties:
Fire Station No. 6, 270 Valley Drive, is zoned C-2 (General Business). A Jan. 23 appraisal designated the "as-is" size of 11,550 square feet. The market value is $230,000.

Wolf Creek Cemetery parcel, located southeast of the intersection of Moose Street and West 46th Street, is zoned AG (Urban Agriculture). A Jan. 23 appraisal designated the "as-is" size of about 31.835 acres. The market value is $345,000.
777 Bernadine Street is zoned C-4 (Highway Business). A Jan. 23 appraisal designated the "as-is" size at 24,000 square feet. The market value is $145,000.

334 Lark Street is zoned R-2 (One Unit Residential). A Jan 23 appraisal designated the "as-is" size at 5,238 square feet. The market value is $30,000.

 

All properties will be sold “as-is, where-is” and the city reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

All sealed bids must be received no later than 2 p.m. April 12, in the City Manager’s Office, City Hall, 200 N. David St., Casper, WY 82601; Attn: City Property Bid.
