Casper: These Are The Best Cookies Ever!

By now, everyone in Casper should know Cathy Holman, also known as the Prairie Wife In Heels. She can often be heard on the K2Radio morning show with Susan Burk. In addition to hear many skills, Cathy is also a genius in the kitchen.

After recently giving her some assistance in the field of radio broadcasting, Cathy offered to repay my kindness with food. Now first allow me to reiterate to all women that food is truly the way to any real man's heart and sweets, although not usually my thing, when it comes to chocolate chip cookies, most assuredly is my weakness.

What makes these cookies so good, I honestly couldn't tell you, but what I can say is they didn't last long. If you take a look at the pictures, you can clearly see that the container is half empty (or half full if you're one of those types). It was full when she brought them in. Within ten minutes of making it into our office, more than half were devoured! Don't just take my word for it either on how bomb these cookies are. My radio-brother (yes, that's a thing), Rodeo Rick also thinks they're the best!
