Casper Pride Weekend is here and it is going to be more colorful than ever! This year, the event is expanding to four days of Pride fun! Casper Pride Weekend has evolved from a little picnic in the park to an event that would mimic that of a full blown festival. This years line up is truly one for the books!

The weekend starts with a PRIDE Kickoff Party at The NIC on Thursday, June 7th at 7pm.

Friday, June 8th brings you the SOLD OUT Pride Drag show at Backwards Distilling Company. This year, the proceeds from the drag show will be shared with the Natrona County Suicide Prevention Coalition. For those who are not 21 or older, Out in Wyoming is sponsoring an Open Mic Night on Friday at Crescent Moon Coffee starting at 6pm.

Saturday is the big show! Pride in the Park officially runs from 11am to 5pm at Crossroads Park. This all ages festival includes vendors from city and state organizations, food, bands, a variety show, and activities for the whole family. Out in Wyoming will take over Crossroads Park at 7:00pm to bring a little sparkle to people lives, with music from three local DJs and there will be dancing as the sun goes down. If that isn’t enough, you can head over to Butch’s in Evansville for the Official Pride After Party happening from 9pm-2am.

Rounding off Casper Pride Weekend is our Pride March sponsored by UCC, on Sunday June 10th. Participants can gather at City Park at 12:45pm to hear speakers, including a proclamation from Mayor Ray Pacheco at 12:55pm. The march will end at Frontier Park. For details on routes, please click here.

Casper PFLAG, Out In Wyoming, and numerous volunteers for Casper Pride have come together for a third year to create a weekend of events for the LGBTQA+ people of Wyoming and beyond. Come out and celebrate equality during Casper Pride Weekend!
