You could start your morning off with Arcade Fire by turning on ‘Reflektor,’ or you could begin your day with frontman Win Butler’s new, signature brand of coffee.

The singer-songwriter teamed up with La Colombe Coffee to create RaRa, which uses beans grown in Haiti and is roasted in Philadelphia. Check out a picture in Butler’s tweet below:

“Being in the mountains of Haiti, it is hard not to think about coffee,” Butler wrote in a statement. “The elevation, the sunshine, the soil and incredible people, who have been growing the plant on tiny family plots for centuries. Haiti is buzzing with potential and possibility, and coffee can be an important part of its rebirth!”

“I’d heard what La Colombe was doing with their coffee academy, so I approached them to see if they’d make this coffee for me, because coffee is so important to Haiti, and Haiti is so important to me and everyone in this band,” he added.

Butler is, of course, referring to the fact that his wife and Arcade Fire frontwoman Regine Chassagne’s parents are from Haiti, and the country has influenced much of the Canadian band’s output.

Pre-order Butler’s coffee here. Proceeds will benefit Partners in Health and the Haiti Coffee Academy.
