Dozens of NFL players kneeled during the national anthem this weekend. Six of the seven former University of Wyoming players in the league stood.

Mitch Unrein and Tanner Gentry locked arms with their Chicago Bears teammates while their opponents, the Pittsburgh Steelers, left the field. Brian Hill also locked arms with his fellow Atlanta Falcons, who stood in solidarity.

In our nation's capital, Washington Redskins center Chase Roullier had three teammates kneel during the anthem. On the other sideline, many members of the Oakland Raiders remained seated on the bench in protest.

In New England, Jacob Hollister remained standing while 17 of his teammates kneeled. In Buffalo, Eddie Yarbrough stood while 10 Bills took a knee.

The only Wyoming alum who kneeled during the national anthem was Tashaun Gipson, who was one of the seven Jacksonville Jaguars who protested before Sunday's game in London.
