As promised, Aerosmith will be on the road in 2017, but given the name of their new European trek, it looks pretty evident that this will be the band's "farewell" run.

The group has titled the trek "Aero-Vederci Baby," a play on the Italian greeting "arrivederci," which is often translated to "farewell," "goodbye" or "see you later." The "Aero-Vederci Baby" trek launches May 17 in Tel Aviv, Israel and runs into early July in Zurich, Switzerland.

Steven Tyler sparked rumors of a farewell tour in 2017 during interviews earlier this year. Back in June, he told Howard Stern, “I love this band, I really do, and I want to squash every thought that anybody might have about this … We’re doing a farewell tour, but only because it’s time. We’ve never done that.” Guitarist Joe Perry was a little less committal when asked about the trek being their final run, telling Rolling Stone that while it was "a good possibility," he wasn't quite sure. “It could be the last, but it’s really hard for me to imagine a last gig. Sorry,” stated the rocker. Meanwhile, in September, drummer Joey Kramer told Houston's Culture Map, "As far as I know, there is no farewell tour."

However, the band does seem to confirm it is a "farewell" tour in a rather humorous video seen above. In the clip, Tyler and Perry serve as news anchors teasing the tour. Tyler asks, "Any truth to the rumors this could be the last hurrah?" to which Perry answers, "Who the hell knows?," before revealing the title of the trek. See the dates below.
